Due to the nature of food and beverage products, all sales are generally final.

However, refunds or replacements may be offered if:

• Incorrect items were received

• Orders were incomplete

• Products were defective or unsafe

• Service issues occurred

Claims should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Deposits for catering or private events may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation terms may vary depending on event size and timing.

Digital Products & Gift Cards

Gift cards and digital purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
